Preloved – High Fashion Recycled Clothing

A Preloved Gallery pieceI ran across Preloved last night while searching the web. This Canadian-based clothing designer takes vintage pieces of fabric — old linens, pillow cases, clothing, whatever — and combines them with actual vintage clothes to create a completely new look.

Today I visited their site and apparently they’re in the middle of an upgrade so you can’t view the English version, but if you visit this page you can have a look at their old gallery, en francais.

  • Sugar Boutique on Butler street carries some of their clothing. Sugar has some great jackets made from vintage bed sheets that look really great.
