Pittsburgh’s Transportation Wiki

The City Paper recently asked me to take part in their wiki dedicated to improving transportation in the grand city of Pittsburgh. The idea is that if enough people show interest and take action, then our transit systems and pedestrian/bike-friendliness in general will reap the rewards.
I believe in it, and have begun making contributions when and how I can. I’d definitely recommend having a stop over and looking through the wiki, even signing up if you’ve got some valuable info to contribute.

This American Life Time
This American Life is a really great radio show, at the same time the quintessential public radio program — slow talking exploration of the human condition through an introspective viewpoint — mixed with everything that most public radio shows get wrong: This American life actually has interesting content. Humans Designing T-shirts, for Humans
While ordering an iced vanilla latte, skinny please, from my new favorite barista at our local Crazy Mocha, I became involved in a conversation — that’s right, real human interaction using voice boxes and gesticulation and everything — during which she mentioned Design by Humans, a t-shirt company, similar to Threadless, which encourages users to upload designs.
