Bike America Update
So I finally got my bike in. Small change of plans, and this is the ride I ended up with. Tomorrow morning I crack up at the wake of dawn and do 10 miles uphill to work. Hilarity will ensue as I arrive super early and try to wash the stink from my body and slip on some semblance of attire proper for the professional work scene.
I’ve pretty much mapped out my route for next year’s trip, 25 days of minor highways and backroads that culminates with a giant mountain trek up through the Colorado Rockies, one day my height starts at 4000 some feet and ends up somewhere between 9000 and 12000. HAH! That’s impossible. I won’t be object to throwing my bike in the back of a pickup truck and yee hawing my way a few hundred miles up into the mountain. But downhills at 40mph + are going to be sick, all the way to Flagstaff.
The world is changing, timeless and aging at a remarkable poignant rapid slowfire sure thing uncertainty, and it’s due time I invested myself in a piece of that attitude.
Someone told me there’s a girl out there, with love in her eyes and flowers in her hair………………………..
