Hands Across the Nation

That’s a great title. I only wish Chad had come up with it so I could laugh a little harder.

Anyway, I’ve just realized that I have friends in every corner of America. From Jersey to Florida to San Diego, the Mid-West and Rocky mountains. And of course, all of those at home right here in the good old heartland of Pennsylvania. The following map shows projections based on the likely migration of people over the next two years. The areas in red show where I would not be more than 500 miles from someone (1 day by car, 1 week by bike, 1 year by uninflated blimp):

Also, while looking for a map to manipulate, I found this site. Really takes the work out of being a terrorist these days.
