erieGENTRIFICATION

erieGENTRIFICATION is a new initiative focused at remodeling the upper floors of downtown Erie’s businesses. It is a collaboration between building owners and local artists, where the building owners provide cheap living space to those artists, who in turn, remodel their units and therefore increasing the value of those spaces.
