4. To test sprit

My endeavor to pay off my debt to society by working at Pizza Hut is truly pushing the limits of my ability to do those things which are necessary to reach goals, but unnecessary to basic survival.

That is, I could easily quit Pizza Hut and continue on in near poverty, accumulating debt, but that would leave me in no secure position for next summer, however, the very notion of going back to that place in several days is driving me mad, which is not good for my soul* in general. So I am clearly testing spirit by remaining in this situation. A plethera of freelance work enable me to eliminate Pizza Hut, I do realize.

Also, I’d like to add a number 11 to the list, that being:

11. To eliminate the use of lies to make life easier.

* soul and spirit are interchangeable, in my definition
