Hello, Good Morning
Morning sits under the Blessing Moon, happy enough to be filling its role for the day. And I’m not far behind. My eyes are trudgery, shuffling between groggy and hazy in a sort of one-man-at-a-time waltz. No matter, a good cup of tea and the prospect of another day of rain are enough to give me reason to sit down and focus on what’s ahead for the day. I’m hoping to have a cigarette in the little veranda just off of our stoop through this afternoon’s thunderstorms, but we’ll have Mother Nature to depend on that one and so depending isn’t done with much faith. Mothers, nature or otherwise, are temperamental and often smile when they seem gloomy or rain when you’ve up and planned a parade.
