i saw a nutter butter in that picture right? i’m thinking about how addicted i’m getting to protein bars and thought you might want to try some out at the mext most convenient store. nothing makes me feel more full, more cheaply and they’re very fun to eat (you get to pretend that the candy bar is healthy!) now i don’t know about all those vegetarian rules like ‘is fish meat’ or ‘are protein bars bad for your heart’ but anyway, i’d suggest Detour bars (suiting name too) or Oneways or if you want to stay with a name brand like snickers, try the snickers Marathon bar (or its other varieties). any bar with 20g of protein will supply you with a weightlifter’s amount of energy (i can vouch for that!) and if you want to keep your sugar grams down, go with the adkins diet bar. 20g of protein and like 1g or 4g of sugar. never had one but sounds pretty solid

Not many ol’ Western cow folk out this way… more crusty fishermen – which rocks. I may try an Adkins Bar…maybe. i find sugar (and really even protein) to be less desirable than dark carbs…though I sneak a few tasty snacks now and then.
