New Portfolio Item: Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Gallery Crawl
A couple of months back I created what I consider one of my first actual “web apps”. There’s a fine line I suppose between a web app and a regular ol’ website but the site I made for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Gallery Crawl takes an approach more consistent with an app, particularly on mobile devices, than an informational site.

Aside from being naturally responsive, backed by WordPress and utilizing fun things like custom post types and Google Maps API, I think it’s just a beautiful site that lives both within the event’s branding as well as working with the natural look of Google Maps.
Visit the Gallery Crawl site and have a look for yourself!
