How to Give Someone Access to Your MailChimp Account
MailChimp is a great little email marketing and newsletter distribution tool.
Someday, you may want to allow a developer or someone else to access your account. Just asking for their login info isn’t all that practical though, because MailChimp uses two step verification, which means they want to send a text message to the number on file. Annoying if you don’t have that phone in your pocket.
Here’s how you can give someone access to your MailChimp account so they can login through their own account.
First, login to your MailChimp account.
Near the top right of the screen (at least at the moment, they tend to update their interface regularly), look for your name next to a dropdown arrow.

On the next screen, look for the Settings tab, and choose Users from that dropdown.
You’ll see a dark grey Invite button on the next page. Give it a click.
Complete the information on the following screen, and you’ll be good to go!
Aside from circumventing the SMS process, this also allows you to revoke access without changing your password should you need to down the road.
