How to Uncheck a Radio Button in Gravity Forms Editor

Sometimes you want a radio button selection checked by default.

And sometimes you don’t. In Gravity Forms’ editor, though, once you choose a default from a set of radio buttons, it seems impossible to unselect it. This is something their support forums touted for years was basic radio button functionality and therefor couldn’t be avoided.

Today, we finally have the answer.

Here’s our issue:

The “No” option is selected in Gravity Forms editor, and there’s nothing we can do but change it from No to Yes / between values.

Just add another option, set it to the default, then delete that new option.
