Where Can I Find My Facebook Admin ID?

The following is no longer valid as Facebook does not allow querying users by their username anymore. Huh, go figure. Instead, just go to findmyfacebookid.in to get your ID.

Need your Facebook Admin ID for a site I’ve created for you? Or for any other purpose?

There are a few ways you can find it:

Easiest

This method uses Facebook-sanctioned code to find your ID:

  1. Go to your Facebook profile page and copy the URL. It should be something like https://www.facebook.com/yournamehere
  2. Replace the “www” with “graph”, giving you a URL like this: https://graph.facebook.com/yournamehere
  3. That page will have a very code-looking list, find where the ID is set, and copy that. It’ll be something like 100001826956627.

Alternate Method

Facebook changes things up pretty often. Though that should never change, third party websites provide some functionality to determine this. Those, of course, could quit working too, but between these two options you should be able to find your ID:

  1. Go to your Facebook profile page and copy the URL. It should be something like https://facebook.com/yournamehere
  2. Paste that URL into Find My Facebook ID.
  3. That’ll do it!
